    Vegan Strawberry Pudding

    Ingredients

    500 g / 18 oz of Strawberries
    2 tbsp Agave nectar or the sweetener of your choice
    4 tbsp Chia seeds

    Directions
    1. In a blender or food processor, process the strawberries into liquid.
    2. Add the Agave and Chia and mix again. Put in the fridge to rest.
    3. Let the pudding rest in the fridge. (If you prefer a really thick pudding, let it rest overnight.)
    4. Decorate with hemp seeds, nuts or what you prefer.
