Morning! Off to another super busy day, work 8-12, then getting a run in :) then school 5-10. I am so happy i have gotten back on track, eating is so perfect. I went to olive garden the other night and got venetian chicken and 1 bowl of their salad (hollarrrr). For now I am just trying to workout everyday and up the intensity on 3-5 of those workouts. My rest days will be walks and treadmill time. My body has already made some positive changes and I know by August shits gonna be on lock.
