    Meal Frequency

    I have decided to go to 3 meals a day.

    Being a small statured and small framed person when I went to the nutritionist the amount of calories she gave me to lose weight I feel is ridiculous (1,300). This spaced out over 3 Meals and 2 Snacks makes me eat like a hobbit. So I am going to try just eating 3 meals. I don’t buy into the whole eat 97 billion times for a faster metabolism and i feel like I eat just because I want something to do / because I tell my self to not because I am hungry. So today I am going to just eat 3 meals, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. This will allow me more flexibility when I go out to eat and will take the focus off eating and more on healthy living and then when I eat I can go back to enjoying things like quinoa, and brown rice with my food.

    1. levesunt said: I think if your calorie allowance is that low you should stick to three meals. Otherwise splitting it up to five meals is kind of like five snacks. And that doesn’t leave much wiggle room.
    2. regainingmymoxy said: Talk to ShortMom about her hobbit habits. Maybe she has some good advice. I think she is facing the same caloric count.
