I have decided to go to 3 meals a day.
Being a small statured and small framed person when I went to the nutritionist the amount of calories she gave me to lose weight I feel is ridiculous (1,300). This spaced out over 3 Meals and 2 Snacks makes me eat like a hobbit. So I am going to try just eating 3 meals. I don’t buy into the whole eat 97 billion times for a faster metabolism and i feel like I eat just because I want something to do / because I tell my self to not because I am hungry. So today I am going to just eat 3 meals, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. This will allow me more flexibility when I go out to eat and will take the focus off eating and more on healthy living and then when I eat I can go back to enjoying things like quinoa, and brown rice with my food.
