Had an awesome time went for a few long walks and ate pretty good considering. Hitting the road home today and signed up for spin classes all week :) I’m ready !

I’ve been feeling really low on energy so I whipped up this healthy treat for dinner: (350 calories)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 c. Granola
Started couch to 5K over again today :) I always come back to C25K maybe because I secretly love running or maybe because its a realistic place to start when getting back on my fitness game. When you are starting off you want immediate gratification whether it be from weight loss or fitness, usually not realistic.
With this program you are able to meet attainable goals everyday and I think it’s really good for the ego!
If you’re looking to try some running definitely look up the program whether you get the app or not its awesome to meet a goal everyday!
